  • 600 grams of lamb liver
  • 2 medium sized onions
  • 2 medium sized green bell peppers
  • 2 medium sized red bell peppers
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How to Make Leaf Liver Recipe in Roasted Roasted?

  • Peel the medium-sized onions and cut them into slices.
  • Cut the colored bell peppers in half and remove their seeds into long, thin pieces.
  • After removing the nerves, clean the lamb livers thoroughly and slice them thinly.
  • Heat the sunflower oil in a large pan. Sauté the chopped onions until they get a light colour.
  • Add colored peppers and continue the sautéing process over high heat.
  • After removing the sautéed vegetables, to which you add soy sauce and a very small amount of salt, from the stove, transfer it to a heat-resistant clay bowl.
  • Cook the leaf livers in a short time by turning them upside down in the pan in which you sautéed the vegetables.
