While we were thinking about how to prepare it this time and which vegetable would suit it best, we thought of leek, which is indispensable for the winter season. Ingredients for Leek Meatballs Recipe
  • 3 stalks of leek
  • 1 carrot _
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pinch parsley (chopped)
  • 250 grams of ground beef
  • 1 egg _
  • 6 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

For Frying:

  • 1 water glass measure of oil

How to Make Leek Meatballs Recipe?

  • After washing the leeks well, chop them finely. Grate the carrots and fry them well over low heat in a pan with olive oil.
  • Place minced meat, egg, salt, black pepper, cumin and garlic powder in a deep bowl. Add breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, roasted carrots and leeks.
  • Knead the mixture well.
  • Shape the leek meatballs.
  • Put oil in the pan and heat it. Place the meatballs in the pan and fry both sides over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
  • Place the fried meatballs on a plate lined with a towel.
  • Serve with your favorite sauces. Enjoy your meal!
