Ingredients for Liver Taplama Recipe
  • 500 grams of lamb liver
  • 1 onion _
  • 2 cups fine bulgur
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For the above:

  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 pinch of mint

How to Make Liver Tapestry Recipe?

  • Wash the liver and put it in the food processor.
  • Then add the onion that you cut into small pieces, pull it from the processor again and put it in a deep bowl.
  • After adding bulgur, basil and salt, mix well, cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • At the end of the resting period, tear off walnut-sized pieces with your hands, shape them into a round shape, and press your finger to make a small hole in the middle.
  • Prepare meatballs from all the dough in this way, cover them and let them rest for another 15 minutes.

  • Heat the butter in a pan and prepare the sauce by adding pepper.
