- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of pepper paste
- 4 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 4 peppers _
- 2 tomatoes _
How to Make Manisa Kebab Recipe?
- Knead all the ingredients for the meatballs well.
- Tear tangerine-sized pieces from the minced meat and place them on a garbage bottle. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Cook the rested meatballs on both sides in a cast iron pan or a normal pan.
- Melt the butter for the sauce. Fry the tomato paste.
- Add water and cook until it thickens.
- Teeth the pita bread and place it on a serving plate. Spread yoghurt on top and pour sauce.
- Place the meatballs. Pour heated butter and chopped parsley on top. Serve with roasted peppers and tomatoes. Enjoy your meal.
