Steak slices, which become more flavorful as they sit in the marinade, are fried in a cast iron pan with grill marks, keeping the inside juicy, and accompanied by grilled vegetable slices as a garnish.

Ingredients for Marinated Steak with Grilled Vegetables Recipe
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 large eggplant
  • 1 large zucchini

For marination:

  • 2 thick slices of steak (approximately 200 grams each)
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon of yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

How to Make Marinated Steak Recipe with Grilled Vegetables?

  • To marinate the steak slices; In a large bowl, mix sunflower oil, yoghurt, soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes and freshly ground black pepper with a whisk.
  • After coating the meat slices in the marinating mixture, leave them in a closed container in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  • Slice the eggplant and zucchini into rings. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, extracted rosemary and freshly ground black pepper in a bowl.
  • After coating the vegetable slices in the mixture, fry them by turning them upside down in a grilled pan over high heat.
  • Seal the steaks waiting in the marinade mixture by frying them on high heat for two minutes on each side.
  • After sealing the meat to prevent it from releasing its juices, continue cooking the meat at medium heat according to your taste and the cooking level you prefer.
  • First, put the grilled vegetables on the serving plate. After placing the fried marinated steak slice on top, drizzle with honey or balsamic vinegar if desired and serve hot. Share this taste with your loved ones who are fond of red meat.
