How to Make Mashed Roast Meatballs Recipe?
- For the meatball mixture, put all the ingredients except water into the bowl of the Vestel Cinnamon Stand Mixer and start mixing at medium speed with the whisk attachment.
- Add water little by little and continue mixing for about 5 minutes. When the mixture reaches a dough-like consistency, place the mixture on wet wax paper, smooth the edges, wrap it like a roll and place it on a tray.
- Bake the meatballs in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, remove them from the oven and let them rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Put all the sauce ingredients in the blender jar and mix until smooth.
- Place the mixture in a sauce pan and boil for 10 minutes.
- Slice the meatballs thickly, place them on a small baking tray, pour the sauce over them and bake again for 15 minutes.
- To puree, place the hot potatoes in the bowl of the stand mixer and start mixing with the whisk attachment.
- First add salt and butter, then add the hot milk little by little and continue the process for about 3 minutes until it becomes a puree.
- Serve the cooked meatballs hot with their sauce and mashed potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
