Ingredients for Meat and Eggplant Kebab Recipe
  • 500 grams of beef cubed meat
  • 3 eggplants _
  • 1 onion _
  • 3 green peppers
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (can be reduced or increased)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

To fry eggplants:

  • 3/4 cup oil

For the above:

  • 1 tomato _
  • 2 peppers _

How to Make Meat and Eggplant Kebab Recipe?

  • Place the meat in the pressure cooker and add enough water to cover it.
  • Turn on the stove and let it cook. Take care to remove the foam that accumulates on the top of the water with a colander until it boils.
  • When the meat starts to boil, close the pressure cooker lid and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Peel the eggplants in various parts, cut them into cubes and leave them in salt water for about 15 minutes to remove the bitter juices.
  • Then drain, rinse and dry the eggplants. Fry the dried eggplants well in plenty of oil and set aside.
  • Put olive oil in a separate pot and fry the finely chopped onion until it turns pink.
  • Then add the finely chopped peppers. Add the finely chopped garlic and fry well.
  • Add salt, pepper and the boiled meat. Fry for a few more minutes and turn off the stove.
  • Put the fried eggplants and the meat mixture into a clay bowl and mix well.
  • Crush the tomato paste in the meat juice and pour it over the ingredients in the clay pot.
