Ingredients for Meat and Mushroom Saute Recipe
  • 250 grams of cubed veal
  • 1/2 pack of cultivated mushrooms
  • 2 peppers _
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 1 onion _
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 level teaspoon of salt
  • 1 level teaspoon cumin
  • 1 level teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Meat and Mushroom Saute Recipe?

  • We wash the meat. We put it in a pot. Add water to cover it a little and boil the meat for 20 - 25 minutes until it becomes soft.
  • While the meat is boiling, we wash and sort the mushrooms. Then we slice it as we wish and keep it in some lemon water to prevent it from darkening.
  • We slice our peppers. We chop the onion and peel the tomato and cut it into cubes.
  • After the meat is boiled and our ingredients are prepared, we put our pot on the stove (I made it in a wok pan). We put oil in the pot. After the oil heats up a little, we add the onion and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • When we start to hear the crackling of the onion, we will see that it has started to turn pink. Then we add the pepper and mix. When we start to smell the pepper, we add the boiled meat.
  • Then we add tomatoes and tomato paste and mix. We add the mushrooms. Finally, we add salt, black pepper, thyme and cumin and mix.
  • We turn the heat down to low, cover it and let it cook. After cooking on low heat for about 10 minutes, we turn off the heat. Eat happily on pleasant days. Enjoy your meal.
