We all love crepes, which some of us also know as akıtma. Especially if there are pancakes on a large breakfast table, that table will literally take off. Now hold tight, our favorite pancakes will not only decorate our breakfast tables this time. We take them and fill them with a delicious meat mixture.

We wrap it like a bundle and serve it with a wonderful tomato sauce. It is so beautiful, so delicious that you are guaranteed to not be able to get enough of it with a bundle. Moreover, while this delicious main course will impress with its presentation, it will delight the palate with its light taste. If the eggs, milk and flour are ready, start making the pancakes. Ingredients for Meat Crepes Recipe

For the crepes:

  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • 1 glass of water
  • 2 eggs _
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

To cook:

  • 1/2 cup oil

For internal mortar:

  • 1 onion _
  • 250 grams of beef cubed meat
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 capia pepper
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 7 mushrooms _
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 glass of boiling water

How to Make Meat Crepes Recipe?

  • Put the pressure cooker on the stove and turn on the heat. After the pot heats up, throw the meat into it. Cover it with a regular lid and roast it occasionally until the meat releases its juices and absorbs it again.
  • Chop the mushrooms and add them to the drained meat. After roasting for a while, add the finely chopped onion and peppers, add the oil and fry until the peppers soften.
  • Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. When the peppers become soft, add the tomatoes. Add the spices. Add 1 glass of boiling water, stir and close the pressure cooker.
  • After the whistle blows, reduce the heat and leave it to cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.
  • While the meat is cooking, prepare the crepe. Mix all the ingredients needed for the pancakes well in a bowl. You will get a mixture with the consistency of boza.
  • Take 1 teaspoon of oil at a time into a pan and pour a ladle of the pancake mixture you prepared. Cook both sides well by turning them up and down.
  • Finish all the pancake dough in this way. You will get 8 pancakes.
  • Place one of the crepes on a serving plate. Put about 2 tablespoons of the cooked meat mixture in the middle, close your crepe as a bundle and turn it upside down.
  • If you wish, drizzle with the sauce you have prepared, garnish with parsley and serve hot.
