  • 500 grams of beef tenderloin
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1/2 tea glass soy sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 red peppers
  • 3 green peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

How to Make Meat Fajita Recipe?

  • First of all, we julienne our meat and put it in a bowl. We add our marinade sauce ingredients into the meat and mix well. (It will be better and softer if you make it in the evening and let it sit overnight.)
  • We put the meat, which we marinated the night before and kept in the fridge, in a heated pan and cook it until it is browned.
  • We pour 2 tablespoons of oil into another pan and cook the finely chopped onions for a little while, then add the julienned red and green peppers and cook them gently.
