Ingredients for Meat Noodle Recipe
  • 1 pack of noodles
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 400 grams ribeye
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Meat Noodle Recipe?

  • Boil the noodles in boiling salted water until soft, rinse and drain.
  • Cut the ribeye into strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a wide-based pan.
  • Fry the meat slices quickly over high heat.
  • Cut the colored bell peppers in half, remove their seeds, and chop them into strips.
  • Slice the cleaned mushrooms into rings.
  • Heat the remaining olive oil in a separate pan. Sauté chopped colored peppers and mushrooms over high heat.
  • Add soy sauce, black pepper and sautéed meat. Add the noodles and mix well.
  • In a small saucepan, roast the sesame seeds until they become coloured, without adding oil.
