Ingredients for Meat Potato Bomb Recipe
  • 4 grated potatoes
  • 1 egg _
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

For the Internal Filling:

  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 150 grams of beef cubed meat (very finely chopped)
  • 1 tomato (diced )
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch of parsley

For Sumac Onion:

  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tablespoon sumac
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 handful of parsley (chopped)

How to Make Meat Potato Bomb Recipe?

  • Grate the potatoes, squeeze the water thoroughly and transfer them to another bowl.
  • Add eggs, salt, black pepper and grated parmesan cheese and mix.
  • Heat the oil in a pan. Add the finely chopped cubed meat and cook until the water is absorbed.
  • Add diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper and ground red pepper. After the tomatoes are cooked, add a pinch of chopped parsley and remove from the stove.
  • Stretch a bowl in several layers with stretch film.
  • Add 2-3 spoons of grated potato mixture into the bowl covered with stretch film and shape the bowl.
  • Add 2 spoons of the cubed meat you cooked to the middle part, remove it from the bowl with the stretch film and shape it into a ball.
  • Leave it in the freezer for at least 20 minutes and after freezing, bake it in the oven at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • Rub the chopped onions with salt and sumac, mix them with parsley, put them on the delicious potato bombs that come out of the oven and share them with your loved ones.
