  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grape vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons guacamole sauce

How to Make Meat Quesadilla Recipe?

  • To prepare the quesadilla filling; Chop the medium-sized onion into white pieces. Cut the colored bell peppers in half and remove their seeds into long thin strips.
  • Cut the steak into thin strips to match the vegetables. Heat a small amount of sunflower oil in a wok. Sauté the chopped onion in hot oil with the addition of granulated sugar and vinegar until it acquires a light color.
  • Shake the pan in between and say; After adding chopped steak strips and colored peppers, continue sautéing all the ingredients over high heat.
  • Add Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper for flavor. Finely chop the extracted coriander leaves. Divide the mortar you prepared into two equal parts.
  • Place one of the tortilla breads on a Teflon pan. Share half of the meat mixture equally on top. Sprinkle half of the chopped coriander, grated cheddar and cheddar cheese on it, then cover it with another tortilla.
  • The cheddar and cheddar cheese left between the breads will not only add flavor but also bind all the ingredients together and prevent the bread from falling apart.
  • Turn the quesadilla upside down using a large serving plate and cook it at medium heat until it turns brown on both sides. Repeat the same process for other tortilla breads and filling.
  • After slicing it with the help of a sharp knife, serve it hot, without delay, accompanied by the sauces you have prepared in advance.
