  • 600 grams of sautéed beef
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 medium-sized onion ( chopped)
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes (peeled and chopped )
  • 3 medium sized green peppers (chopped )
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper paste
  • 1 glass of hot water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme

How to Make Meat Saute Recipe?

  • Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a cast iron pan. Add 1 finely chopped onion to the pan.
  • Add 3 chopped green peppers to the colored onions and continue sautéing.
  • Add 600 grams of chopped beef for sautéing.
