Meat Saute Recipe with Puree & Mushrooms

Are you ready to make a great meat dish with rice and mashed potatoes? You will love this recipe that you can make for guests' tables and feed the whole family.
For sautéing meat:
- Half a kilogram of cubed meat
- 1 pack of mushrooms
- 1 tomato _
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tea glass of milk
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
For the puree:
- 4 potatoes _
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 tea glass of milk (depending on consistency)
- 1/2 tea glass of grated cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
How to Make Meat Saute Recipe with Puree & Mushrooms?
- Season the meat with some milk and olive oil at least 2-3 hours in advance. Seal the seasoned meats in a pot with some oil. When the water is released, add tomato paste, tomato, salt and spices, fry and cook in a pressure cooker. Remove from the stove, sprinkle with thyme and stir.
- Sauté chopped red and yellow peppers in a separate pot. Add chopped mushrooms, salt and spices and cook.
- For the puree, mash the boiled potatoes, add butter, salt and some milk until it reaches a thick consistency. When serving, put the mushroom & pepper mixture on top of the meat sauté and serve with mashed potatoes.
