  • 1 pack of lavash
  • 1.5 cups hot water
  • 1/4 bunch of parsley
  • 3 tomatoes _

How to Make Meat Tantuni Recipe?

  • Let's pour 2 tablespoons of oil into our pan. After the oil gets a little hot, let's put the meat that we cut into small pieces into our pan.
  • Let's cook it until the water is absorbed. (If our meat is not cooked until the water is absorbed, let's add a small amount of water and let our meat cook.)
  • Add 2 tablespoons of oil and butter to the softened meat and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then, let's add salt, spices and hot water and cook it a little more. (Let's adjust the amount of water so that our meat is neither too dry nor too watery.)
  • Let's chop the parsley into very small pieces. Let's chop the onions into very thin crescent shapes and mix them with sumac. Let's chop the tomatoes into small pieces.
