Ingredients for Meat Wrap Recipe
  • 100 grams of beef tenderloin (cut into strips)
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 cucumber (thinly sliced )
  • 1 tomato (thinly sliced )
  • 1/2 red onion ( finely chopped)
  • 1 colored bell pepper ( julienned , if desired)
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 piece of lavash

For the Sauce:

  • 1.5 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • 1 clove of garlic (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise

How to Make Meat Wrap Recipe?

  • Place the pan on the stove and heat until light smoke appears. Saute the tenderloin cut into strips with 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • After the meat releases its water, add onion and colorful bell peppers and continue sautéing. After the peppers and onions are sautéed, remove them from the stove.
  • Mix mayonnaise, yoghurt, garlic and thyme in a bowl.
  • Spread the sauce you prepared on the lavash, 1 tablespoon at a time.
  • Arrange the washed and dried lettuce, thinly sliced cucumber and tomato on the lavash.
  • Add the sauteed meat and vegetables and turn the lavash into a wrap. Your meat wrap is ready, enjoy!
