For the meatballs:
- 250 grams low-fat ground beef
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 small size onion
- 5 sprigs of parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
For outside and above:
- 5 puff pastry dough
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame
How to Make Meatball Puff Pastry Recipe?
- For the meatball mixture; Grate the onion with the fine part of the grater. Finely chop the parsley leaves you have separated.
- Put the low-fat ground beef into the mixing bowl. Knead with grated onion, egg white, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper and cumin. Cover it with stretch film and let it rest in the refrigerator for a short time.
- Let the puff pastry thawed at room temperature grow a piece on the kitchen counter.
- Divide the meatball mixture into five equal parts, spread it in the middle and wrap it in a roll. Divide each roll into three equal parts. Be careful not to crush the dough.
- Whisk egg yolk and olive oil in a small bowl. Place the meatball puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper, spaced apart.
- Sprinkle egg yolk and sesame seeds on them and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot.
