I sleep with my cheek pressed against the meatballs. If meatballs are to be made at home, I would like to be informed one day in advance. If there are meatballs for dinner, I don't want it to be as valuable as lunch. In fact, I want it to be kneaded a day before and let it rest for a day, so that the container it is in will make me happy as long as I open the fridge, and then every time I see that container, I will think there are meatballs in it, but then a vegetable dish comes out and my whole eating plan for the next day will change at that moment.

I don't know if there are people who think about things that are very far from what I wrote, maybe I haven't come across them. But if there is meatballs at home, it's a holiday, I know that and say so. Especially thinking about the meatballs sandwiched between fresh bread when he was a child makes me sad.

Meatballs are disliked like vegetables. It either exists or it doesn't. You can diversify it as much as you want, you can never get enough of the names. It becomes mother's meatball, spit meatball, if you associate it with the region, it becomes Izmir meatball, it makes you travel miles for it.

That being the case, it became necessary to write a practical but different meatball recipe at home and experience it. We wanted to give you a fireside atmosphere in the comfort of your home with self-stirred meatballs.
