Ingredients for Meatball Taco Recipe

For Meatball Stuff:

  • 200 grams medium-fat ground beef
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1 egg _
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Other Ingredients:

  • 4 village peppers
  • 10-12 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 village peppers
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 tablespoon sumac
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 mini lavash
  • 100 grams of cheddar cheese

How to Make Meatball Taco Recipe?

  • Place the medium-fat ground beef in a bowl.
  • Add tomato paste, egg, cumin, black pepper, salt and diced red onion.
  • Continue kneading until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.
  • Wet your hands slightly and start rolling the meatballs.
  • Heat the greased cast iron pan with grill. Arrange the rolled meatballs and cook both sides thoroughly.
  • Arrange village peppers and cherry tomatoes around the edges of the meatballs and roast them.
  • Remove the roasted tomatoes, peppers and cooked meatballs from the pan.
  • Place the mini lavash on the grilled cast iron pan and top it with cheddar cheese, meatballs, roasted peppers and tomatoes.
  • Lastly, add the sumac onion and serve by combining both ends. Bon appetit!
