Ingredients for Meatballs Recipe
  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 1 egg _
  • 1 onion _
  • 4-5 sprigs of parsley (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

  • 1 tea black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

For the porridge:

  • 2 medium sized potatoes
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tea glass of grated cheddar cheese

For the sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1.5 cups hot water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Meatballs Recipe?

  • Place the minced meat required for the meatballs in a deep bowl. Grate the onion on top with the fine side of the grater and break the egg. Add the finely chopped parsley, breadcrumbs and spices and knead well.
  • Take pieces from the kneaded meatball mixture that are slightly larger than a tangerine, roll them in your palm and shape them into a bowl by pressing the middle with your finger. Make your meatballs large because they will shrink when cooked.
  • Meanwhile, put the potatoes in a deep pot to boil them, add enough water to cover them and leave them to boil.
  • Place the meatballs you have shaped into a baking pan with a lightly oiled bottom and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes until the tops of the meatballs are golden brown.
