  • 200 grams of fatty minced meat
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1/2 slice of stale bread
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely ground walnuts

How to Make Meatballs Recipe on Avocado Bed?

  • Blend the onion and squeeze the juice.
  • Crumble the bread in the blender.
  • Put the onion, crumbled bread, minced meat and spices in a bowl and knead. Prepare round meatballs and leave them in the freezer to rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • After resting the meatballs, cook them for 10-15 minutes in a pan with a little oil on them.
  • Meanwhile, cut the avocados in half, separate the insides with the help of a spoon, and mash them well with a fork.
  • Crush the garlic and mix it with yoghurt.
  • Add the mashed avocado, walnuts and salt to the garlic yoghurt and mix well.
  • Fill the avocado sauce into the emptied shells.
  • Place the meatballs on top, add the final touches with the sauce, and enjoy.
