It's one of my favorite home-cooked meals, and it's so easy to make. I make it with cubed boneless meat, it is more practical. I also wanted jasmine rice to go with it, the smell of this rice is even more delicious.

  • 300 grams of lamb cubes
  • 1 kilogram of peas
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How to Make Meaty Pea Dish Recipe?

  • Before sautéing the meat, we chop the tomatoes, onion and garlic into small pieces.
  • We put olive oil into the pot and heat the pot. Then we put the meat in it and roast it on high heat. When the broth is released and absorbed, we reduce the heat.
  • We add butter and spices along with the chopped ingredients.
  • Meanwhile, we also chop the spring onions. After roasting for a while, we add peas and spring onions.
  • We add enough hot water to cover it and let it cook on medium heat with the lid closed.
  • Add the chopped dill that is almost cooked and mix.
  • The dish is ready when the meat and peas are cooked soft! Enjoy your meal!
