Of course, it is also possible to store the excess portion in an airtight container in the freezer if you wish, and then you can heat it and consume it by adding a little water.

  • 250 grams of chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or oil)
  • 200 grams of minced meat
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 cup of canned tomatoes (can be pureed or fresh)
  • 2 glasses of water (400 ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper

How to Make Minced Meat Chickpea Dish Recipe?

  • Drain the chickpeas that you soaked in warm water in the morning, take a pot and add enough water to cover them by 2-3 fingers, then let them boil. Boil it this way for about 30 minutes.
  • When the chickpeas are almost cooked, add the minced meat to the pan where you heated the butter and olive oil and start roasting. Finely chop the onion and garlic and continue frying by adding them.
  • After the minced meat releases its water, add the tomato paste, stir and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add the canned tomatoes on top.
  • Add the boiled chickpeas to the minced meat, add the spices and 2 glasses of water and let it cook on low heat for about 30-40 minutes. Enjoy while it's hot.
