For potatoes:

  • 1 large potato
  • 1/4 tea glass of soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup oil

For the minced meat mixture:

  • 200 grams medium-fat ground beef
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 tomato _
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper paste
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For the yoghurt:

  • 4 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • 1 clove of garlic (optional)

How to Make Minced Meat Çökertme Kebab Recipe?

  • Chop the potatoes into thin matchsticks.
  • Transfer your potatoes into a bowl. Add soda, water and salt and let it sit.
  • Meanwhile, heat the oil, take your potatoes out of the water, drain them and remove excess water with a dry towel.
  • Then fry it in hot oil. Divide the fried potatoes on the bottom of the plates.
  • Meanwhile, in a separate pan, saute the onions with olive oil. Add the minced meat and continue frying, and add the grated tomatoes.
