Ingredients for Minced Meat Potato Strings Recipe

For potatoes:

  • 3 potatoes _
  • 350 grams of minced meat
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper paste
  • 1 tomato _
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 handful of parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 glass of water

For the top:

  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • 1 small tomato

How to Make Minced Meat Potato Strings Recipe?

  • Fry the finely chopped garlic in olive oil until fragrant and then add the minced meat. Stir and fry until the minced meat releases its water and absorbs it again.
  • Then add tomato paste and spices, add hot water and finally add chopped parsley, mix and turn off the heat.
  • Arrange the potatoes cut into rings on a baking tray.
  • Drain the water and pour the minced meat mixture on top.
  • Cut the remaining potatoes in half in a "D" shape and place them upright on top.
  • Place a tomato in the middle, wrap it well with baking paper and then foil, and place it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
