  • 500 grams of pumpkin
  • 300 grams of minced meat (low-fat)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 green green peppers
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup canned tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper paste

How to Make Minced Meat Pumpkin Recipe?

  • First of all, chop the pumpkin into cubes.
  • Finely chop the onion, garlic and pepper.
  • First, we put the minced meat in the pot and fry it until the water is absorbed.
  • Then we add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and then add the onion, pepper and garlic.
  • When the onions soften a little, we add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 teaspoon of pepper paste and add the zucchinis on top.
  • Finally, we add 1 glass of canned tomatoes and cook over low heat for about 35 minutes.
