Pumpkin with minced meat is a wonderful, nutritious and different recipe, especially for mothers with babies. While you, like me, know pumpkin as a dessert, you should try its different version!
- 500 grams of pumpkin
- 300 grams of minced meat (low-fat)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 green green peppers
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup canned tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of pepper paste
How to Make Minced Meat Pumpkin Recipe?
- First of all, chop the pumpkin into cubes.
- Finely chop the onion, garlic and pepper.
- First, we put the minced meat in the pot and fry it until the water is absorbed.
- Then we add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and then add the onion, pepper and garlic.
- When the onions soften a little, we add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 teaspoon of pepper paste and add the zucchinis on top.
- Finally, we add 1 glass of canned tomatoes and cook over low heat for about 35 minutes.
