  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 4 eggs _
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon flour

For Minced Meat Mixture:

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 green pepper
  • 200 grams of minced meat
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons of chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 150 grams of mozzarella cheese

How to Make Minced Meat Rolled Potato Recipe?

  • Boil the potatoes and peel them.
  • Mash the boiled potatoes thoroughly with a fork and turn them into puree.
  • Add the eggs onto the mashed potatoes and mix well.
  • Add salt, black pepper, ground red pepper and cumin and mix the mixture with the help of a spatula.
  • Check the consistency and add a tablespoon of flour and mix it into the potato mixture.
  • Set the oven to 180 degrees and wait for it to heat up.
