Ingredients for Minced Meat Tirit Recipe
  • 1 onion _
  • 6 pieces of toast bread
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 250 grams of ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 cup of broth
  • 1 bowl of yoghurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 handful of parsley

How to Make Minced Meat Tirit Recipe?

  • Separate the edges of the toast, cut them into cubes, place them on a tray on baking paper and bake them in the oven at 170 degrees for 12 minutes.
  • Chop the onion into small cubes and start frying it in a heated pan with oil.
  • Add the minced meat and fry for 3-4 minutes, then add the tomato paste.
  • Add salt, black pepper and ground red pepper, mix and fry for 1-2 more minutes, then add 1 glass of water and let it cook. When the water evaporates, remove it from the stove.
  • Distribute the toasted bread evenly on your serving plates and pour the boiling broth over them with a ladle.
  • Grate the garlic, mix it with yoghurt and pour it over the bread on the serving plate.
  • Add the minced meat mixture you prepared in the pan onto the yoghurt.
  • Finally, chop the parsley and sprinkle it on top and serve. Minced meat tirit is ready, bon appetit!
