  • 1 bowl of fine bulgur
  • 1 egg _
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch of chili pepper
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 bowl of yoghurt
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch of mint

How to Make Mirik Meatballs Recipe?

  • Take the bulgur in a bowl and soak it with hot water. Bulgur can be fine bulgur for meatballs.
  • After the bulgur swells, add flour, eggs and as many spices as you want and knead. Don't forget to dip your hand in water from time to time.
  • After kneading it well, leave it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
  • Then take the mixture from the cupboard and roll it into small balls. Sprinkle flour on a tray and drop these little balls into it. Shake the tray gently and ensure that the small bulgur balls are covered with flour, separate from excess flour.
  • Heat the water, wait for it to boil, then drop the mirik meatballs into it.
  • At the same time, crush and finely chop the garlic and puree it with the side of your knife. Then add it to the yoghurt and mix well.
  • Melt the butter, add some mint and chili pepper and mix.
