Ingredients for Mixed Kebab Recipe
  • 300 grams of beef tenderloin
  • 150 grams of lamb cavity meat
  • 150 grams of tail fat
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For eggplant kebab:

  • 2 large sized eggplants

For Adana kebab:

  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper

How to Make Mixed Kebab Recipe?

  • Grind the beef truffle, lamb fillet and tail fat with a cleaver until it becomes minced meat.
  • Mix the kebab mixture with the addition of salt and black pepper.
  • Use the mixture like this to prepare Urfa kebab. To prepare Adana kebab, add chili peppers to the mixture.
  • To prepare eggplant kebab; Cut the eggplants into large rings, one finger thick.
  • Take pieces of the kebab mixture and prepare walnut-sized meatballs.
  • Thread a slice of eggplant and a meatball on the skewers and string them tightly without leaving any space.
  • To get better results, cook the kebabs in their own oil, turning them on the grill in between.
