Ingredients for Meat and Sumac and Sour Mixed Stuffing Recipe
  • 3 medium sized eggplants
  • 3 medium sized zucchinis
  • 5 bell peppers
  • 400 grams of cubed beef (low-fat)
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup sumac grains (or two tablespoons ground sumac)
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1 level tablespoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teacup of oil

How to Make Mixed Stuffing with Meat and Sumac and Sour Recipe?

  • Wash the zucchini and eggplants and hollow them out. Wash the peppers and cut their stems.
  • Chop the onion, garlic and parsley and pour them into a large bowl.
  • Chop large pieces of cubed meat, if you have one, into grape size pieces and throw them into the bowl.
  • Wash and drain the rice. Pour it into the bowl.
  • Add all other ingredients except sumac to the bowl and mix.
  • If you are not going to use grain sumac, add 2 tablespoons of ground sumac into the bowl at this stage and mix.
  • On the other hand, add half a glass of sumac to a glass of boiled water and let it brew.
  • Stuff the vegetables. Place each one into the pot so that they are intertwined. At this stage, you can drizzle some salt and olive oil.
  • Place a weight on top so that the stuffed vegetables do not fall apart. Light the stove.
  • Strain and pour the sumac water that you have brewed with hot water so that it comes two centimeters below the level of the stuffed vegetables in the pot.
  • Cook on medium heat until it boils, then on low heat for about 1 hour.
  • You can serve your cooked stuffed vegetables after letting them rest for a while. Enjoy your meal.
