We prepare a delicious sauce with both yoghurt and garlic, knead the minced meat well and fry it well, put the two together and bake it in the oven! It is ready in 20 minutes, comes out of the oven and adds flavor to our table!

For the Meatballs:
- 500 grams of ground beef
- 2 eggs _
- 1 tablespoon wheat starch
- 1 onion (grated )
- 5 slices of bread (dried)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
For Yogurt Mixture:
- 2 cups of yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 eggs _
- 2 cloves of garlic
How to Make Muhacir Meatballs with Yogurt Recipe?
- For the meatballs, add minced meat, egg, starch, onion, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a large kneading bowl and knead well.
- Take walnut-sized pieces from the kneaded minced meat and shape them with your hands into lengthwise meatballs.
- In a separate bowl, mix yoghurt, flour, egg and garlic well.
- Coat the meatballs in flour and fry the meatballs in oil.
- Arrange the fried meatballs randomly in a heat-resistant baking dish.
- Pour the yoghurt mixture you prepared on top, bake it in the oven at 175 degrees for 20 minutes and enjoy it with your loved ones.
