Ingredients for Sauteed Mushrooms with Meatballs Recipe

For vegetables:

  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 onion _
  • 2 capia peppers
  • 3-4 village peppers
  • 2 grated tomatoes ( or from winter canned)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder

For the meatballs:

  • 300-400 grams of minced meat
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 clove grated garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg _
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder
  • 1 coffee cup of oil (for frying)

How to Make Musket Meatballs and Mushroom Saute Recipe?

  • Let's prepare the meatballs first. Grate the onion and garlic or put them in a food processor. It is added to the ground meat.
  • Other ingredients are added and kneaded. I also pass it through the food processor once (optional). Take small pieces of walnut, roll them and fry them in oil.
  • The shells of the mushrooms are peeled and the root sides are scraped with a knife. You can cut off the roots if you want.
  • Boil water and squeeze 2-3 drops of lemon juice into it. Mushrooms are left to boil. Boil for 7-8 minutes and strain immediately.
  • Let's not boil it too much so that it doesn't absorb too much water.
  • Put the oils in a pan and melt them. Add boiled mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Julienned vegetables are added one by one and cooked. (onion-peppers-tomato puree)
  • When the vegetables are cooked, add 1 coffee cup of hot water. The consistency is adjusted. Finally, the cooked meatballs and spices are added and left to cook for another 1-2 minutes. It is served hot. Enjoy your meal.
