- 500 grams of lamb shoulder cubed
- 12 shallots _
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 spoonful butter

- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 cups hot water

How to Make Mutancana Recipe?
- Take the butter in the heated pot and melt it. Add olive oil and then meat and fry thoroughly.
- When the meat is colored on all sides, add the shallots and garlic. When the meat absorbs its water, add flour and mix.
