- 800 kilograms of ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs _
- 2 large onions ( grated)
- 2 cloves of garlic (grated)

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 green peppers ( chopped )
- 2 cloves of garlic (grated)
- 2 cups tomato puree (grated)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 glass of water
For the above:
- 1 handful of parsley (chopped)
For Service:
- 1 glass of strained yoghurt
How to Make Nezaket Kebab Recipe?
- To prepare the minced meat mixture, knead the minced meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, grated onion, garlic, salt, black pepper and cumin well in a large bowl.
- Lay the dough on the counter and fold it into a half moon.
- Spread the minced meat evenly over the wide part of the dough and wrap it in a roll. Adhere the tip by brushing it with water.
- Cut the minced meat phyllo rolls you prepared with a knife so that they are 2 fingers thick.
- Arrange the minced meat vertically in the greased round baking dish so that the pieces are visible from above.
