Ingredients for Onion Kebab Recipe
  • 250 grams of minced meat
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 250 grams shallot
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate syrup
  • 1/2 cup water

How to Make Onion Kebab Recipe?

  • Put the minced meat in a bowl.
  • Add salt, black pepper and red pepper powder to the minced meat and knead well.
  • Set the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Wash the shallots thoroughly and remove their skins.
  • Cut the shallots in half, but be careful not to separate them completely.
  • Place the mixture you prepared into the onions and place them in a heat-resistant glass bowl.
  • Mix 1/2 cup of water with 1 teaspoon of salt and pour over the onions.
  • Bake for 20 minutes and remove from the oven after 20 minutes.
  • Dilute the pomegranate syrup with measured water and cook for another 20 minutes. That's it, bon appetit!
