  • 1 kilogram of onion (small ones)
  • 500 grams of fatty minced meat
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoons of salt

For the Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate syrup
  • 1.5 tea glasses of water

How to Make Onion Kebab with Pomegranate Sauce Recipe?

  • Put the minced meat into the kneading bowl. Add salt, black pepper and red pepper and knead for 5 minutes.
  • Divide it into pieces equal to the number of onions, roll them and set them aside.
  • Cut the tassels from the tops of the onions with the help of a knife.
  • Wash and remove the first layer of skin from the onion.
  • Remove the layers of the onion from the middle, leaving a space between them to fit the meatballs you made here.
  • Squeeze the meatballs between the onions and place them on the tray. Continue this process until all the onion and minced meat are used.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees until the onions and meatballs change color.
