Ingredients for Ottoman Kebab Recipe
  • 2 potatoes _
  • 1 eggplant _
  • 1 carrot _
  • 1 zucchini _
  • 300 grams of cubed beef

For Bechamel Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg

For the above:

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Ottoman Kebab Recipe?

  • Chop the vegetables into cubes. First fry the zucchinis in hot oil.
  • Fry the carrots.
  • Fry the potatoes.
  • Then fry the eggplants.
  • Finally, fry the meat in oil.
  • For the béchamel sauce, put the butter in the pot and melt it. Add the flour and roast until the smell disappears.
  • Then add the milk and spices and cook, stirring, until it thickens.
  • Place the fried vegetables and meat into my bowl. Add béchamel sauce on top.
  • Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown.
