How to Make Oven Baked Forest Kebab Recipe?
- Put the meat in a pressure cooker, add 2 glasses of water and boil it for 20 minutes after the whistle blows.
- While the meat is cooking, place the peas in a small pot, add enough water to cover them and boil them until they become soft.
- Meanwhile, chop the onion large, chop the carrots into cubes, and chop the peppers and tomatoes.
- When the peas are almost boiled, add the carrots into it, boil them together for 6-7 minutes, turn off the stove and drain the carrots and peas.
- When the meat is boiled, strain the water into a bowl, pour olive oil on the boiled meat and roast for 5 minutes.
- Then add the onions and continue frying until the onions turn pink. Then add the peppers and tomato paste, and fry until the smell of the tomato paste disappears. After adding the tomatoes, finally add the broth you set aside and cook like this for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
- Place the boiled peas and carrots in a baking dish.
- Pour the meat mixture you prepared in the pot on top.
- Cover the moistened baking paper on the baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot. Bon appetit!
