Ingredients for Baked Forest Kebab Recipe
  • 250 grams of cubed veal
  • 1 onion _
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 capia pepper
  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1 small bowl of peas
  • 1 carrot _
  • 1 level teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

How to Make Oven Baked Forest Kebab Recipe?

  • Put the meat in a pressure cooker, add 2 glasses of water and boil it for 20 minutes after the whistle blows.
  • While the meat is cooking, place the peas in a small pot, add enough water to cover them and boil them until they become soft.
  • Meanwhile, chop the onion large, chop the carrots into cubes, and chop the peppers and tomatoes.
  • When the peas are almost boiled, add the carrots into it, boil them together for 6-7 minutes, turn off the stove and drain the carrots and peas.
