How to Make Oven Baked Lamb Shank Recipe?
- Chop the pepper and potatoes coarsely.
- Peel the shallot and use as is, or chop the onion coarsely as well.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and arrange the shanks.
- Apply some of the oil to the shanks and sprinkle the rest, piece by piece, onto the tray.
- Arrange all the vegetables around the shanks. Sprinkle with spices.
- Cover it with another piece of baking paper and fold the edges like a bundle. Cover the baking paper with aluminum foil and place the tray in the oven.
- First, bake it at 190 degrees for about 50 minutes. Then take it out of the oven, remove the paper, scratch the shanks and check the doneness. Cover the paper and foil again and bake until cooked through.
- After cooking, bake uncovered in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown. When the top of the shanks are browned, they are done. Good health and bon appetit.
