  • 300 grams of veal liver (cut into leaf shapes)
  • 2 cups of flour (to flour the livers)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions (green parts will be used)
  • 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 4 cups oil (for frying)
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (can be reduced or increased)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper

How to Make Pan Fried Liver with Spring Onions Recipe?

  • Flour the liver cut into leaf shapes, ensuring that it penetrates all over.
  • Fry them in pre-heated oil in a deep pan and drain the remaining oil using a napkin.
  • Fry the drained livers with the garlic in the pan where you heated the butter.
  • Add salt and remaining spices and stir over medium heat.
  • Lower the heat of your pan.
  • Cut the green parts of the spring onion into 3 fingers thick.
  • Add the spring onions on top of the chips and stir for 2 minutes, then remove from the stove and serve.
