  • 1 onion _
  • 2 capia peppers
  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 150 grams of beef cubed meat (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4-5 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Peppered Meat Saute Recipe?

  • Grate the tomatoes. Chop the onions into small cubes. Cut the stems of the capia peppers and clean the seeds inside.
  • Chop the capia peppers julienne.
  • Take the oils in a pan. After the pan heats up and the oil melts, add the cubed meat and start roasting. When the color of the meat begins to change slightly, add the onions and continue frying.
  • After roasting for a few minutes, add the peppers and continue roasting. When the peppers soften slightly, add the grated tomatoes.
