- 250 grams of minced meat
- 6 garbage skewers
- 2 ready - made phyllo dough
- 1 onion _
- 1 handful of finely chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
To oil the dough:
- 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
For the above:
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup whipped yogurt
How to Make Phyllo Shish Kebab Recipe?
- Place the minced meat in a deep bowl, grate an onion on top, add finely chopped parsley, breadcrumbs and spices and knead well.
- Divide the meatball mixture you prepared into two. Spread one of the sheets of dough on a large counter. Oil the top well with a brush.
- Fold the dough in half in a "D" shape and oil the top again with a brush.
- Spread a piece of the meatball mixture, which you divided into two, onto the long edge of the dough you folded in a "D" shape.
- Wrap the phyllo dough like a sara, keeping the meatballs in the mixture, and slice it into two-finger-thick slices with the help of a sharp knife.
- Thread each slice on skewers and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Prepare all the ingredients in this way and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes until the tops are lightly browned.
- For the top sauce; Put the olive oil in a pan, add the tomato paste and fry it, add the water and stir until it reaches a nice sauce consistency. When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and grate 2 cloves of garlic into it.
- Place the phyllo shish kebabs you took out of the oven onto a serving plate. Pour whipped yoghurt over them, drizzle the tomato paste sauce you prepared on top and serve hot.
