Ingredients for Plum Pan Recipe
  • 500 grams of green plums
  • 50 grams of fresh garlic
  • 250 grams of lamb cubes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste (600 grams of tomatoes as desired)
  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 glass of hot water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to Make Plum Pan Recipe?

  • Peel the fresh garlic cloves. If you are going to use tomatoes instead of tomato paste, peel them and cut them into cubes.
  • Put the lean lamb meat in the pot and sauté it over high heat until the water is absorbed. Do not cover the pot.
  • After adding olive oil and peeled whole garlic, continue the sautéing process for about 5 minutes.
  • Add tomato paste or chopped tomatoes if desired. After 1-2 minutes, add salt and hot water.
  • Cook in a pot with a lid on low heat for 10-15 minutes until the meat is tender.
  • Add the plums, washed in plenty of water and drained of excess water, and continue cooking until the plums become soft. Serve hot with tomato paste.
