  • 500 grams of medium-fat ground meat
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 capia pepper
  • 1 tomato _
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 potatoes _

How to Make Potato Tray Kebab Recipe?

  • Put the minced meat into the kneading bowl and add the grated garlic. Finely chop the tomatoes, peppers and onions. (If you wish, you can also put them in a food processor without diluting them)
  • Mix the ground meat with the spices. Knead the ground meat well with a tablespoon of oil and set it aside.
  • Peel the potatoes, slice them into rounds and fry them (you can also use them raw if you wish.)
  • Spread the minced meat mixture well on a suitable tray and press it with your hands. Place potato slices around the edges of the minced meat you spread. Decorate with tomato slices and pepper.
  • Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake it in the oven set at 200 degrees for a while.
  • Then remove the foil and keep the tray in the oven for a while longer to brown the meat thoroughly. Once the top is browned, take it out of the oven and serve. Bon appetit!
