How to Make Practical Alinazik Dinner Recipe?
- Eggplants are roasted on the stove and peeled. Chop it into small pieces and fry it with powdered garlic in a pan with light olive oil added.
- Add salt to the yoghurt, whisk and add it to the eggplant.
- Fry the onions in a separate place until they turn pink. Add minced meat and black pepper. Then, tomato paste and some water are added and the minced meat is cooked until the water is absorbed.
