Ingredients for Practical Beyti Kebab Recipe

For the Meatballs:

  • 400 grams of minced meat
  • 1 egg _
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion _
  • 1/2 tea glass of bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • 2 pieces of dough

For the Sauce:

  • 350 grams of grated tomatoes
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Practical Beyti Kebab Recipe?

  • To the rondo; Add eggs, onion and garlic and mix well.
  • In a bowl, take the minced meat, breadcrumbs, black pepper, chili peppers, powdered pepper and the mixture from the rondo and knead it well.
  • Make the meatballs into flat and long shapes and place them on the greased baking tray. Bake in an oven preheated to 185 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  • After taking the meatballs out of the oven, place a sheet of dough on the counter. Apply the melted butter evenly, touching every part.
  • Fold it in half and apply melted butter again. Arrange the meatballs in a single row on the wide side of the dough. Fold the edges of the dough inwards and wrap it in a roll shape.
  • After wrapping all the meatballs in the same way, slice the rolls obliquely and place them on the baking tray.
  • Spread melted butter on them and put them back in the oven. Bake in a preheated oven at 185 degrees until they turn slightly pink.
  • For the sauce: melt the butter in a small pan.
  • Add grated tomatoes and mix with spices and salt.
  • After boiling for 5-7 minutes, remove from the stove. Place your meatballs on a serving plate.
  • Pour tomato sauce over it. Serve with yoghurt. Enjoy your meal.
