For the Meatballs:
- 400 grams of minced meat
- 1 egg _
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion _
- 1/2 tea glass of bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 2-3 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 2 pieces of dough
For the Sauce:
- 350 grams of grated tomatoes
- 2 spoonful butter
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
How to Make Practical Beyti Kebab Recipe?
- To the rondo; Add eggs, onion and garlic and mix well.
- In a bowl, take the minced meat, breadcrumbs, black pepper, chili peppers, powdered pepper and the mixture from the rondo and knead it well.
- Make the meatballs into flat and long shapes and place them on the greased baking tray. Bake in an oven preheated to 185 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
- After taking the meatballs out of the oven, place a sheet of dough on the counter. Apply the melted butter evenly, touching every part.
- Fold it in half and apply melted butter again. Arrange the meatballs in a single row on the wide side of the dough. Fold the edges of the dough inwards and wrap it in a roll shape.
- After wrapping all the meatballs in the same way, slice the rolls obliquely and place them on the baking tray.
- Spread melted butter on them and put them back in the oven. Bake in a preheated oven at 185 degrees until they turn slightly pink.
- For the sauce: melt the butter in a small pan.
- Add grated tomatoes and mix with spices and salt.
- After boiling for 5-7 minutes, remove from the stove. Place your meatballs on a serving plate.
- Pour tomato sauce over it. Serve with yoghurt. Enjoy your meal.
