How to Make Practical Beyti Kebab Recipe?

  • Let's get a deep bowl for Beytinin meatballs. Let's add 500 grams of minced meat, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper, 1 clove of grated garlic, and 4-5 sprigs of finely chopped parsley.
  • Then let's knead a piece. We don't need to knead too much, just kneading until the ingredients mix together will be enough.
  • Let's divide the meatball mixture we prepared into 4 equal parts and form thin, long meatballs and place them on the baking tray. Let's bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
  • Let's cut the lavash we will use in half and make 4 pieces. Let's put one of the pieces on the counter and wet both sides. Then, let's spread melted butter on the back side and place the meatball on it.
  • Let's wrap the phyllo around the meatballs and make a roll. After separating the excess part of the dough, let's slice it. Let's place it in a suitable baking dish.
  • After preparing the couplets, let's send them to the oven at 200 degrees. You can wait for about 6-7 minutes until the phyllo dough warms up and serve. Let's prepare the sauce while the beytiler are warming up in the oven.
  • Let's get a small pot. Let's add 2 tablespoons of oil into it. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • Then, add 2 grated tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of chili pepper, a quarter teaspoon of black pepper and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • When the tomatoes are cooked, add half a tea glass of hot water and wait for it to boil. Let it boil for about 1 minute and remove it from the stove. If you want a smoother consistency, I recommend blending it.
