  • 1 zucchini _
  • 2 potatoes _
  • 1 eggplant _
  • 1 red capia pepper
  • 3 green peppers
  • 1 tomato _
  • 1 onion _
  • 15 garlic cloves
  • 250 grams of cubed veal
  • 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to Make Quick Antep Pan Recipe?

  • I chop all the vegetables and put them in a debtor, and put my meat in it. (I just added the whole garlic without chopping it). Actually, this dish is originally made with lamb, but I made it with beef, and they were still as soft as Turkish delight.
  • In a bowl, I dilute the tomato and pepper paste with 1 glass of water, add olive oil and pour it over my ingredients, add salt and black pepper and mix it all well with my hand. I leave cubes of butter and 3 bay leaves on my food to add flavor.
  • Finally, I cover my baking tray with wax paper and send it to the oven. (I wet the wax paper first, squeezed the water out with my hand and closed it.)
  • I bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, up and down, for 45 minutes. You can extend this time by checking the softness of the vegetables. -If the time exceeds 45 minutes, turn the ingredients upside down so that the ones on top do not dry out. You can remove and increase any of these ingredients as you wish.
